Delicious pancakes – completely vegan!

Light 'n Fluffy Pancakes

  • 1 1/2 cups flour all-purpose
  • 1 tbsp sugar 1
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk non-dairy (or water)
  • 2 tbsp oil vegetable


  • In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients and then whisk in the soy milk or water and oil.
  • Pour the batter onto a nonstick pan and cook over medium heat, turning once when the edges begin to bubble and brown.
  • Top with maple syrup and fresh fruit, and serve immediately.
