Delicious pancakes – completely vegan!
Light 'n Fluffy Pancakes
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 1/2 cups flour all-purpose
- 1 tbsp sugar 1
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk non-dairy (or water)
- 2 tbsp oil vegetable
- In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients and then whisk in the soy milk or water and oil.
- Pour the batter onto a nonstick pan and cook over medium heat, turning once when the edges begin to bubble and brown.
- Top with maple syrup and fresh fruit, and serve immediately.
