Ingredients

milk
non-dairy (or water)

oil

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients and then whisk in the soy milk or water and oil.
Pour the batter onto a nonstick pan and cook over medium heat, turning once when the edges begin to bubble and brown.
Top with maple syrup and fresh fruit, and serve immediately.
