Strawberry Tofu Smoothie

  • 1 12.3 oz carton Silken Tofu
  • 1 16 oz carton frozen sweetened strawberries


  • Partially thaw the strawberries, then blend with the tofu in the blender.
  • Serve cold.


A breakfast in itself!
