Mini Apple Crisp
- 1 apple medium tart, peeled and sliced
- 1 T all-purpose flour
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T vegan margarine such as Earth Balance
- 2 T oats quick-cooking
- 1/8 t cinnamon ground
- Place apple slices in a small greased baking dish. In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add oats and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle over the apple slices.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until tender.
