Mini Apple Crisp

  • 1 apple medium tart, peeled and sliced
  • 1 T all-purpose flour
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 T vegan margarine such as Earth Balance
  • 2 T oats quick-cooking
  • 1/8 t cinnamon ground
  1. Place apple slices in a small greased baking dish. In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Add oats and cinnamon.
  3. Sprinkle over the apple slices.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until tender.
