Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 cups canned tomatoes (14 oz. can)
- 2 cans tuna (7 oz each), or to taste
- Hot cooked rice
- Chutney
Directions
- Saute onions and apples in margarine until wilted. Add curry powder and tomatoes; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Separate tuna into flakes; add and heat. Serve with rice and chutney, if desired.
