Curried Tuna

Servings: 6-8


  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes (14 oz. can)
  • 2 cans tuna (7 oz each), or to taste
  • Hot cooked rice
  • Chutney


  • Saute onions and apples in margarine until wilted. Add curry powder and tomatoes; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Separate tuna into flakes; add and heat. Serve with rice and chutney, if desired.
