A healthy breakfast smoothie – a great option when you are on the go!

Tropical Smoothie


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Several cups frozen mango or pineapple chunks
  • Dash of lime oil
  • 1/2 block silken tofu
  • About 16 oz orange juice adjust to desired consistency
  • Add-ins: wheat germ chia seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk, etc


  • Blend together until desired consistency.
  • Enjoy!
