A healthy breakfast smoothie – a great option when you are on the go!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 can coconut milk
- Several cups frozen mango or pineapple chunks
- Dash of lime oil
- 1/2 block silken tofu
- About 16 oz orange juice adjust to desired consistency
- Add-ins: wheat germ chia seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk, etc
- Blend together until desired consistency.
