Tropical Smoothie


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Several cups frozen mango or pineapple chunks
  • Dash of lime oil
  • 1/2 block silken tofu
  • About 16 oz orange juice (adjust to desired consistency)
  • Add-ins: wheat germ, chia seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk, etc


  1. Blend together until desired consistency.
  2. Enjoy!
