Tropical SmoothieIngredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 can coconut milk
- Several cups frozen mango or pineapple chunks
- Dash of lime oil
- 1/2 block silken tofu
- About 16 oz orange juice (adjust to desired consistency)
- Add-ins: wheat germ, chia seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk, etc
