Dave’s Southwest Black Bean Soup

Servings: ~1 gallon

Super Easy


  • 6 cans black bean
  • 16 oz jar medium Salsa
  • 1 can diced tomato with jalapeno
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp garlic diced
  • water to equal 1 gal (appx 2 cups/rinse cans


  • Mix and cook together over low-medium heat. Tastes even better reheated.
