Four Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz can garbanzo beans
  • 1 15-oz can black beans
  • 1 15-oz can wax beans
  • 1 15-oz can green beans
  • 1/2 bag frozen peppers and onions
  • 1 small can yellow corn
  • 2 heaping tbsp fresh basil
  • carrots optional
  • 1/2 cup oil avoid olive oil if strict fast
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large tbsp fresh garlic minced
  • feta cheese optional
  • black olives optional
  • other veggies as desired

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Eat immediately or chill for later.
