Tuna Waldorf Salad

Serve this refreshing dish on some lettuce cups or with some toast.

Tuna Waldorf Salad

Course: Fish Allowed, Main Dish, Salad
Servings: 4


  • 2 6-oz cans white tuna
  • 3 Granny Smith apples cored
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 C celery chopped
  • 2/3 C grapes halved
  • 1/3 C walnuts chopped and toasted
  • 2/3 C vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 t maple syrup
  • 1 t sugar
  • 3 T vegan milk


  • Mix chopped apples and lemon juice.
  • Drain tuna. Add celery, grapes, walnuts and tuna to apple mixture. Mix gently.
  • In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, maple syrup and sugar.
  • Add to tuna mixture and gently combine until coated.
  • Enjoy!
