Hand-Crushed Marinara
Use this sauce for pasta, dipping or even a marinara pizza.

Ingredients

can
peeled tomatoes
preferably San Marzano, 16 oz.
1/4
cup
olive oil (or other type of oil)

tbsp
Kosher salt to taste
1
tsp
black pepper
freshly ground
1/2
bunch
fresh basil
finely chopped, optional
Instructions
Crush the tomatoes by hand in bowl. Make sure to leave some chunks of tomato.
Mix in other ingredients.
