Ingredients
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1cupwhite sugar
1/4cupcocoa powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/3cupvegetable oil
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoondistilled white vinegar
1cupwater
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan (or 9-inch circle cake pan).
Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the oil, vanilla, vinegar and water. Mix together until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350° F (175° C) for 45 minutes.
