Tomato Garlic Pasta
Pasta (ziti, penne, rotelle, etc.) Garlic Onions Oil Diced Tomatoes Fresh Basil Salt and Pepper to taste
Course: Main Dish
  1. Cook your favorite pasta, something like ziti, penne, rotelle, etc.
  2. Meanwhile saute some garlic and onions in olive oil.
  3. Stir the pasta in with the oil in a large bowl.
  4. Add diced tomatoes (fresh are better, but you can use canned) and fresh basil.
  5. Add in some salt and pepper, to taste. This tastes good warm, or cold as a pasta salad.
