Gluten Free Cabernet Cookies

These gluten free cookies are made with almond flour and grape seed flour (both completely gluten free)!  The grape seed flour may be available at health food stores, but in case you can’t find it – here is an online store that carries it (http://shop.wholevine.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=FLCD004)

Gluten Free Cabernet Cookies
Course: Dessert
Servings: 12 cookies
Ingredients
  • 1-1/4 cups almond flour blanched
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup grape seed flour Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate 73%
Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry
  4. Form 1/2 inch balls and press onto a parchment lined baking sheet
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes
  6. Cool and serve
